Geschmacksfragen: Max Baby
Der in Paris lebende Multiinstrumentalist, Produzent und Songwriter Max Baby hat, nach seinem Debüt-Album 2024, letzten November seine EP „Break“ rausgebracht. Ich hatte ihn euch auch schon mit seinen Singles in der Neuen Musik-Rubrik vorgestellt. Live zu sehen war er letztes Jahr unter anderem beim Great Escape und beim Reeperbahn Festival. Ganz wichtig: Der Gute heißt mit Nachnamen wirklich Baby und es ist kein Künstlername. Uns hat er jetzt unsere Geschmacksfragen beantwortet.
Your current favourite Song?
“2moons” by UTO.
I think it’s a masterpiece. It makes me feel all kinds of emotions — it breaks my heart into pieces but somehow still gives me drive, hope, and energy.
Your current favourite record?
“Choke Enough” by Oklou.
It’s a no-skip for me. It feels pretty unique, like a warm futuristic banquet.
Your favourite place?
My home studio at my mother’s house.
The skatepark I grew up at.

Your favourite drink?
Guinness, Old Fashioned, natural red wine.
Your favourite food?
Pasta — all kinds. And I love making it, the right way.
