Geschmacksfragen: Congee

Your current favourite song?

„Family Business“ by Kanye West. I watched the documentary and rediscovered my love for „The College Dropout“ album.

Your current favourite record?

„Heaven or Las Vegas“ by Cocteau Twins. It always sends me to a different world.

Your favourite place?

My favourite place I’ve been to so far is Yosemite National Park. I love being outdoors and I love climbing. Yosemite has it all. Trees, mountains, wildlife, climbing. The food sucks there though.

Your favourite drink?

I drink a lot of hot water. From when I was young I was always given hot water to drink. It’s so normal to me but a lot of people have me telling me it’s not normal…

Your favourite food?

Dim sum. I live for it. I grew up on it. There is so much variety and I love sharing food with people and Dim sum is the perfect food for sharing.

What you’d like to read about yourself but hasn’t been written about you yet?

That I opened up my own Congee restaurant, haha.
