Geschmacksfragen: YellowStraps
Aus dem belgischen Brüssel kommt das „Neo-Soul-Wunderkind“ YellowStraps, der Anfang 2023 sein Solo-Debüt-Album „tentacle“ veröffentlichen wird. Die ersten Singles daraus gibts bereits zu hören und auf dem diesjährigen Reeperbahnfestival konnte man ihn auch schon Live erleben. Wir haben ihm unsere Geschmacksfragen gestellt.
Your current favourite song?
Heaven and Hell from Kanye West because in my opinion this song has everything a song need! It’s a false simple song that goes straight to the point and that is really powerful at the same time
Your current favourite record?
Dijon’s new album! It’s been a while that i haven’t been really surprised by a new artist or a new album and this album got me! This artist has so much creativity!
Your favourite place?
Brussels in Belgium! Because it’s my hometown and the vibe is amazing! That’s where i feel the best!
Your favourite drink?
Beers, because i’m belgian haha
Your favourite food?
Chicken has always and i think will always be my favorite food! Probably because i never get enough of it!
What you’d like to read about yourself but hasn’t been written about you yet?
Hard question! It’s not something that hasn’t been written yet, only once or twice. For me the best thing i read was people saying that my music helped them to heal from a tragic disease
